Small parts automatic storage retrieval system

This system is ideal for storage and fast retrieval of small components.  It has 624 addressable bins which rotate on a chain drive within the storage cabinet. To retrieve a part, the operator enters the bin number on the keypad. The machine presents the requested bin number and opens the access door to only the requested bin.  This creates a very controlled system for small parts storage and retrieval.  Typical applications include small part storage for a repair and rework station.  It can also be used in conjunction with a Contact System CS-400 or other component assembly station.  This system can be interfaced to a separate PC which can control the bin requests and could also keep track of inventory counts.

Enter bin number on keypad pendant to retrieve requested storage bin.
Computer control can be accessed through serial (RS232C) interface.
